Application means the mobile software program provided by the Company, named Condo Koala, which can be downloaded by you onto an electronic device.

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a mobile phone or a digital tablet.
PDPA means the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “PDPA”).
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the Condo Koala mobile Application and the Condo Koala Website provided by the Company.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analysing how the Service is used.
Third-party Digital Platform refers to any website, online platform or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an Account to use the Service.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
Website refers to the Condo Koala website, accessible from www.condokoala.sg
You or you or your means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

If you decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third-Party Digital Platform, We may collect Personal data that is already associated with your Third-Party Digital Platform’s account, such as your name, your email address, your profile photograph, your activities or your contact list associated with that account.
You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company through your Third-Party Digital Platform’s account. If you choose to provide such information and Personal Data, during registration or otherwise, You are giving the Company permission to use, share, and store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the components of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device.

However, we will notify you of such other purpose at the time of obtaining your consent, unless processing of your Personal Data without your consent is permitted by the PDPA or by any other applicable law.

Our Service enables you to link your Account to an estate. By linking your Account to an estate, you will be able to contribute to that estate’s management. This includes viewing issues, participating in polls, adding new issues, and adding comments. Your Account can be linked to multiple estates.
Your Account can be linked to an estate at the time the estate is registered with our Service. Alternatively, your Account can be linked to an estate via an invitation from an existing admin member of that estate. You will be notified when invited to an estate and given the option to either accept or decline the invitation.
Once you accept an invitation and your Account is linked to an estate, certain profile details become available to its members. This includes, but isn’t limited to, your email address, full name, and profile picture. All user generated content you contribute will be visible to both current and future members of that estate.
You may unlink your Account from an estate at any given time through the mobile application. However, any prior contributions made by you, inclusive of content metadata about your profile as it was at the time of unlinking your Account, will persist and remain visible to the estate’s members.
The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
If you are located outside Singapore and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Singapore and process it there.
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@condokoala.sg. Upon receiving a withdrawal request, we will inform you of the implications of withdrawing consent and proceed to act on your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Depending on the nature of your request, we may not be able to continue to provide our Services to you and this may result in deletion of your Account with us. On notice from you, we will inform you of the likely consequences of the withdrawal of consent, including but not limited to the termination of any agreements you may have with us and your being in breach of your contractual obligations or undertakings. Our legal rights and remedies in such event are expressly reserved.
You can delete your Condo Koala account at any time through your settings in the mobile application. Upon doing so, we will anonymise your profile. Nevertheless, your user-generated content will remain intact and visible to enable the Service to continue to operate. Despite the anonymisation of your profile, your contributions might still encompass personal data or other information which could potentially identify you.
Our Data Protection Officer is responsible for ensuring that requests for access, deletion or correction of Personal Data are properly dealt with in accordance with the procedures specified herein. All requests for access to, deletion or correction of Personal Data held by us must be made by submitting a written request to our Data Protection Officer at: info@condokoala.sg
Please note that we will only accept and act on requests in the English language that comply with this Privacy Policy. Any request that does not comply with the above will be rejected, and we will not take any action in relation to such rejected requests. We may refuse to disclose, delete or correct any Personal Data for the reasons set out in the PDPA. As soon as reasonably possible, we will respond to your request, and may charge a fee to process such requests, where permitted by local regulations.
When destroying personal data, We will take measures to make the personal data no longer identifiable, or ensure that it is completely destroyed.

You should ensure that the Personal Data you provide to us is accurate and correct. Any discrepancies or inaccuracies in the details you submit may hinder our capacity to offer the Service to you.
While we strive to verify that your Personal Data remains accurate, especially if it influences decisions about you or if it’s shared with other entities, you play a vital role in this process. You must notify us about any modifications to the initial Personal Data you shared. We will not be responsible if we base decisions on outdated or imprecise information due to a lack of updates from you.

The Company shall not be held liable for unauthorised access to Personal Data by third-parties that arises from circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
Should you be issued (or select) a password for your Account, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of this password. It is important that you do not disclose this password to any third-party.
It is important that you follow robust security practices. This includes the selection of a secure password, keeping that password confidential, as well as logging out of your user account and closing your web browser when you have finished using our Services on a shared or unsecured device.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If You are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.
